From recruitment to professional training to career and personal development, we support individuals to realise their full potential and are keen to embrace new ways of working.  We constantly extend access to training both via our dedicated training centre at Bradenham Manor in Buckinghamshire, and through office-based and online resources.

The merger of Grant Thornton and RSM Robson Rhodes on 1 July, 2007 brought together two firms of like-minded people committed to delivering the highest standards of service to their clients across all kinds of industries, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver a better client experience.  Our talent pool has grown, adding expertise and experience of the highest calibre to many areas of the business and we adopted an Employer of Choice initiative that focuses on keeping that talent to ensure consistency for clients, as well as attracting the best new talent to the company.
