The Grant Thornton UK LLP (Grant Thornton) transparency report issued on 28 September 2012.
This transparency report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Statutory Auditors (Transparency) Instrument 2008, issued by the former Professional Oversight Board (POB) of the Financial Reporting Council for audit firms that perform assurance work for public interest entities. It outlines the legal structure and governance of Grant Thornton and the tools provided to partners and staff to support them in producing distinctive, high quality client service in the fields of assurance and accountancy, tax and specialist advisory services.
