Grant Thornton Corporate Finance invests in new senior appointments

Grant Thornton UK LLP announces a number of senior appointments to bolster its corporate finance advisory business. Duncan Lamb and Darren Bear have been promoted to corporate finance partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP.

Grant Thornton has also recruited three new corporate finance directors: Bob Alsop, James Robson and Steve White. The new recruits take the total number of Grant Thornton corporate finance advisers to 181 throughout the UK. The firm has 15 corporate finance partners.

"We are delighted that we have grown our team with three senior hires and wish to congratulate Duncan Lamb and Darren Bear on their well-earned promotions. These investments demonstrate our confidence and commitment to meet a growing demand among mid-market firms to get tailored corporate finance advice," commented Geoff Davies, head of corporate finance at Grant Thornton UK LLP.

Duncan Lamb is based in Grant Thornton's Reading office and has worked in Grant Thornton's South East lead advisory team for the last eleven years. Lamb has been a member of the technology team since its inception.
