Amanda joined Grant Thornton in 2007 following the firm's merger with RSM Robson Rhodes. She joined RSM Robson Rhodes as a Manager in May 2000, becoming a Director in June 2006.
Amanda specialises in the identification and recovery of assets into insolvent estates, using both insolvency and other civil legislation. Her cases can typically involve preference actions, wrongful trading, and dishonest assistance claims in both the corporate and personal insolvency arenas. Amanda worked as a liquidator of several companies involved in MTIC fraud and has experience in negligence and dishonest assistance actions against firms of auditors and solicitors who are intermediaries giving credibility to fraudulent companies.
