Colin Aaronson is a Chartered Accountant and works within the Capital Markets division.
Experience
Colin joined Grant Thornton in 1998 following twelve years in industry, which included acting as a finance director to a small telecommunications group. Colin has been a member of the Capital Markets team since 2000, since when has advised on a large number of AIM flotations, reverse takeovers as well as public company mergers and acquisitions. Colin has also provided ongoing regulatory advice to a portfolio of AIM companies as well as advising companies whose shares are quoted on PLUS.
