Graham works in our Manchester office specialising in providing tax services to SMEs and larger corporate clients. He also leads the North West tax transactions group providing due diligence and structuring advice.
Graham joined Grant Thornton as a tax partner in 2010, having previously been a partner in a Big 4 firm in Manchester and Liverpool. Graham is a qualified chartered accountant and was formerly a tutor with The Financial Training Company. Since then, he has gained 16 years of experience as a tax adviser to a wide range of clients, ranging from owner managed businesses to listed companies. Graham has advised clients on matters such as tax efficient structures, disposal planning and employee remuneration planning.
