Jonathan Shipton is a Client Service Director and specialises in a variety of lead advisory assignments, including management buy-outs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals, and strategic advice.
He is a member of Grant Thornton's national mergers & acquisitions (M&A) team which is responsible for developing best practice in M&A work and coordinating activity both nationally and internationally. He is also a member of Grant Thornton's Haulage and Logistics group.
