Justin is the leader of our national Equity Reward team.
Justin joined Grant Thornton in 2004, having spent the previous 10 years working in the 'Big 4'.
Justin has extensive experience in advising on all aspects associated with the design and implementation of cash and equity based employee incentive arrangements and effective remuneration strategies generally.
He has worked with a broad spectrum of organisations, ranging from multinational companies to owner managed businesses.
