Our business is all about helping organisations with one of their most valuable assets, their people. My role is to work with employers to implement reward programs which support and encourage employee engagement, are fully aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the business and which are cost efficient.
I count myself extremely fortunate to have been able to work with organisations ranging across many different sizes and sectors, helping them to develop incentive arrangements which support their growth aspirations, both in the UK and internationally.
I am supported by a team who can draw on significant experience and a breadth of specialist knowledge to provide commercial and pragmatic advice to organisations on all aspects of employee reward, including:
- employee incentive and retention arrangements
- pension and employee benefits plans
- global mobility programs
- immigration support
- compliance and reporting obligations.
I share Grant Thornton’s passion for supporting initiatives aimed at providing opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds. As an ambassador in our cornerstone partnership with the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy, I work with this fantastic charitable foundation established to help equip a future generation of entrepreneurs develop the skills and mind set to run their own businesses. I also support the ‘Ladder for London’ campaign, an apprenticeship program for 16 to 24 year olds in East London who are not in full time education, employment or training.
When not at work I moonlight as a taxi service for my two teenage children, Jake and Freya. I am also a keen rugby follower and can sometimes still be seen puffing my way around a muddy pitch on a Saturday afternoon.
