Lee joined Grant Thornton's Financial Services Group in 2011. Lee has a background covering both M&A and due diligence with both advisory and corporate experience.
Experience
Lee has significant experience of due diligence, capital market transactions and M&A during his time at two of the Big 4 where he completed numerous assignments for a range of corporate and private equity clients focused on the insurance sector. In addition, Lee has experience of acting as a principal in sourcing and executing transactions from his time working in the UK M&A team for a global insurer.
