Mike is a Director in our Milton Keynes corporate finance team.
Experience
Mike joined GT in 2002 from Ernst & Young. He has 20 years Corporate Finance experience, the last 15 focussed exclusively on M&A work. During that time he has completed many disposals with values ranging from £3m to £100m. He has recently completed the £70m sale of an on-line retailer and has numerous other significant transaction credentials including a support services business and a furniture designer, both sold for in excess of £50m. In addition to his UK role Mike is also the International Service Line leader for M&A, coordinating the activities and interaction of our global M&A teams.
