Nick works in our London office, where he heads the China Britain Services Group.
Nick joined Grant Thornton in 2004 from PricewaterhouseCoopers, and has been a partner since 2006.
Nick has over 15 years experience advising corporate tax clients. He works with a wide range of clients, from start-up operations to large multinationals, with a particular focus on listed entities. Advising on all aspects of corporate tax planning, he specialises in particular in international tax, including cross-border structuring, supply chain planning, corporate migrations and M&A.
He leads the China Britain Services Group, a multi-disciplinary team located in the UK, mainland China and Hong Kong who provide practical, commercial advice to companies operating between the UK and the People's Republic of China. He works extensively with companies trading between the UK and China, as well as Asia more generally.
He advises companies in a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in advising professional practices and business services, as well as technology businesses (including high-tech manufacturing such as automotive), and the retail and consumer goods sector.
