Norman joined Grant Thornton in February 2003 having previously worked with the Ernst&Young Entrepreneurial Services team in London. For a time he worked on secondment in industry and has experience of strategic reviews, business planning, raising equity finance, performance improvement, business process re-engineering, specialist investigation work, acquisitions, due diligence and AIM listings.
Norman has broad experience of advising growing companies, assisting management teams realise their ambitions. He has supported start-up and management buy-in/out teams successfully through the phases of growth realising significant value on exit or listing. He also works with listed companies and has advised on many aspects of Corporate Governance and implementing risk management processes.
