Paul works in our Recovery & Reorganisation team, with a principal focus on advising creditors of underperforming or distressed businesses in the mid-corporate sector.
Experience
Paul joined Grant Thornton in 1993 and has over seventeen years in corporate recovery, regularly advising on viability reviews, restructuring assignments, business wind downs and managed exits.
Paul was on a 19 month secondment with HSBC Bank plc in their Credit and Risk Department, firstly in Birmingham and then London (Canada Square), which ended in September 2007.
Also Paul has worked on the National Healthcare initiative with NHS Trusts to either assess or advise them through to Foundation Trust status.
Since June 2008, Paul has been located across the Cambridge and Milton Keynes offices focusing on the mid corporate market in the Central and East of England regions.
Paul was involved in the administrations and liquidations of, amongst others, ITV Digital, Puretruce Care Homes and Rayner Foods.
