Philip is a director in our London M&A team. Philip has specialised in Corporate Finance for 15 years having previously worked at Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America and Hawkpoint Partners before joining Grant Thornton. Philip has significant experience in advising companies, private equity firms and management teams on their strategic options including acquisitions, disposals, management buy-ins and buy-outs and general corporate strategy. Over the past few years he has focussed on the support services sector and within that, haulage & logistics.
