Rupert Rawcliffe leads the Corporate Finance team in Gatwick covering Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Rupert specialises in disposals, MBOs, MBIs and fund raising.
Since joining Grant Thornton in 1997, Rupert has been actively involved in working with clients in preparing for, structuring and executing transactions. He has initiated and led a wide range of transactions including repeat transactions for entrepreneurs, private equity and corporate clients.
Rupert is recognised as a leading corporate finance advisor in the region having been awarded "Corporate Finance Advisor of the Year" and "Dealmaker of the Year" 2009 and 2010 at the Insider South East Dealmakers Awards.
