Simon joined us at Grant Thornton in October 2007.
Simon has significant experience in corporate finance and raising finance in turnaround and restructuring situations, including use of equity where appropriate. Recent transactions have included the successful £6million refinance of a specialist manufacturing group, utilizing both equity and debt facilities and raising £3.3m of funding for a food manufacturing start up, including significant equity investment by a private equity house.

- Lead advisory role on acquisitions, disposals and MBO/MBI's
