Stephen now leads Grant Thornton's Performance Improvement Team, prior to which he spent 14 years working in the Consulting and Transaction Services departments at the Big 4.
Stephen is experienced working with clients of all sizes across a wide range of sectors to bring about demonstrable lasting improvements. Able to work with organisations at any point in their 'business life cycle' he has carried out reviews and follow-up improvement work for: SMEs, large corporates; banks and PE houses. Prior to professional services, Stephen was an engineer with Nissan Motor Manufacturing in Sunderland where he developed many of their European suppliers to become World Class.
