Experience
Sunil joined Grant Thornton's Transaction Advisory Services unit in 1999, having previously worked in the field of Forensic Services. Over the last 10 years he has been involved in a wide range of transactions, including IPOs, Class 1 acquisitions, rights issues, private equity transactions, corporate acquisitions and vendor assist assignments. Between 2001 and 2003 he was based in New York, where he undertook due diligence assignments across the US.
Sunil has managed due diligence assignments across a variety of sectors and jurisdictions, having run assignments in countries such as the USA, Canada, Argentina, Bolivia, Peru, China, Germany, Belgium, Ukraine, Italy and Australia.
