As a corporate financier by trade with over 15 years’ experience I have spent the majority of that time advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions, company sales, MBO’s and fundraisings, across a number of sectors. I head up our national food and beverage sector and consider myself fortunate to lead and work with colleagues from all parts of our business to provide solutions to an ever growing number of businesses from across the whole supply chain, including agricultural producers, food and beverage manufacturers, grocery retailers and bars and restaurants. Working with a wide range of businesses from growing owner-managed to FTSE 350 companies as well as a number of private-equity backed businesses, both in the UK and internationally.
I really enjoy working with our clients and finding solutions to help them grow their businesses and am lucky to have so many excellent colleagues at Grant Thornton that provide different services that aid growth. My clients value me being proactive, personable and having good experience and knowledge of what good looks like. The acid test for a corporate finance adviser is being engaged with the same client more than once and I am happy to say that I have scored well in that area over the years and focus on ensuring that remains to be the case.
In the spare time I have my interests include food and drink (which is fortunate) and watching and playing sport.
