We are strategic partners to a major government department risk assurance team. This involves leading on the development and ensuring delivery of a transformation plan to modernise and improve the quality and effectiveness of their risk assurance services. This major engagement has been carried out through placements with the departments’ senior management team and by drawing on experts from a variety of disciplines.

Key elements of our work include leading the design of a new operational model, developing new planning and assignment methodologies and assessing the skill and resources requirements of the team. We are also providing best practice advice on each specific element of the transformation as well as managing some assignment teams and delivering specialist reviews.
