Andrew Roberts (Partner)
Andrew works in our Corporate Finance Group,
specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions and grooming companies for
disposal or flotation.
Experience
Andrew joined us at Grant Thornton in 1975. Previously he has
worked within audit and advisory departments within Grant Thornton,
and has been Office Managing Partner and Lead Advisory Partner in
our Thames Valley and Birmingham offices.
With over 20 years' experience as a Partner, Andrew has a wealth
of experience in advising entrepreneurial businesses on their
strategic development. He is the editor/co-author of the UK edition
of 'The Complete Guide to Selling your Business'. Andrew has led
the negotiations for the sale of over 50 companies ranging in value
up to £100m.
