Neil Tombs (Partner)
Neil works in our Recovery & Reorganisation
practice, where his principal focus is on corporate turnaround and
restructuring assignments.
Experience
Neil joined us at Grant Thornton in 1999 from RSM Robson Rhodes
where he had been a partner since 1991. With 30 years' experience
in the field of corporate recovery,
Neil has worked on many high profile assignments, some of which
are multi-jurisdictional. These include, amongst others, UPF Group,
Automold, Automotive Precision Components, Automotive Products
Driveline Technology, Lucas SRE, Leyland DAF, Moulinex UK and
Transrent.
Neil also advises corporate clients on capital raising,
acquisitions, disposals and on implementing strategic change.
