Robert works in our Forensic and Investigation
practice, specialising in preparing reports for use as expert
accounting evidence in a large number of cases covering the full
spectrum of expert witness work. Robert has given evidence in
court.

contracts, reliance on misrepresentations and business
interruptions

- Fraud prosecution, acting for both defence and prosecution
- Fraud investigation, leading to claims under fidelity insurance
policies, civil recovery proceedings and criminal prosecutions
- Compulsory purchase orders, formulating claims for companies
the subject of CPO's and advising local authorities in dealing with
such claims

- International cases, including arbitration in the USA and Hong
Kong.
