Peter Woodall(Partner)
Peter Woodall works as a Tax Partner in our
Corporate Finance team, specialising in providing tax advice on
acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and private equity
transactions.
Experience
Peter rejoined Grant Thornton in 2007 after previously working
here in the late nineties. Peter qualified as an ACA and CTA with
Andersen in Bristol. After his first period at Grant Thornton Peter
moved to the Big Four latterly heading up one of their regional
M&A tax teams.
Peter has over 12 years' experience in advising on the tax
aspects of transactions.
Peter's expertise covers:
- corporate disposals and acquisitions
- management buy-outs
- private equity transactions
- restructuring group.
