David Cockburn (Partner)
David is the head of our Corporate Finance practice in Scotland.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, David worked in
PricewaterhouseCoopers lead advisory. He has advised on a number of
transactions and has experience covering a broad range of sectors,
geographics and sizes.
Experience
Recent transactions include the acquisition of Enviros from
Carillion, the disposal of Howie Group, the restructuring and
fundraising for CSTG, the disposal of W&J Dunlop Ltd. to Henry
Schein Inc., and the MBO of Innis & Gunn from William Grant
& Sons.
