Rob Caven (Partner)
Rob leads our Recovery & Reorganisation
practice in Scotland. As well as taking both corporate and personal
Insolvency appointments, Rob regularly advises on business
viability, solvent and insolvent restructurings and
reorganisations, business wind down and managed exits.
Experience
Rob joined us at Grant Thornton in 2004. He was previously a
partner in the corporate recovery and restructuring team at
Andersen for a number of years in London and the Far East and was
more recently a director at MacLeod Phillips & Co, a
London-based restructuring and turnaround boutique.
With 18 years experience in recovery & reorganisation, Rob
has advised both creditors and debtors on national and
international assignments. He has experience across a broad range
of industries and has recently advised both employers and trustees
in relation to defined benefit pension scheme deficits and scheme
specific funding.
