John Nutton works in our Leeds Corporate

with significant experience of overseas transactions
Experience
John joined Grant Thornton in 2007, following the merger with
RSM Robson Rhodes where he has been a partner since 1992. As a
partner at RSM Robson Rhodes he has had a number of roles including
local head of audit in which he was partner for several listed plcs
and led several international due diligence assignments. He
restarted and built the lead advisory practice within RSM Robson
Rhodes from 1997, and has advised on a wide range of transactions
including MBOs, MBIs, VIMBOs, acquisitions and disposals, both
national and international.
With over 10 years experience in lead advisory work, John has
received several nominations from the Corporate Finance Community
for adviser, deal and team of the year awards.
John's expertise covers:
