Mustafa Abdulhusein (Director)
Mustafa is part of East Corporate Finance and
leads the East Midlands Team. Mustafa has lead a significant number
of M&A deals across the East Midlands and is part of Grant
Thornton's specialist disposal team, working with shareholders to
realise value. Recent transactions include advising Tarmac on the
sale of their TopPave Division to Brett Group, and advising Synergy
Healthcare plc on the sale of their managed equipment services
subsidiary.
Experience
Mustafa qualified with Grant Thornton and transferred to
Corporate Finance in 1994. With over 13 years experience, Mustafa
has a wide range of transaction experience, both in terms of size
and sector. Key assignments include an 85M equity release
transaction for Travelsphere Ltd and the 22M management buy-out of
WR Refrigeration Ltd.
