Howard Hackney (Partner)
Howard works in our Liverpool office and leads the
Entrepreneurial Advisory team across the North, which consists of
16 dedicated specialists with no recurring portfolio, aimed at
providing rapid response solutions to business problems.
Those solutions will include mergers and acquisitions, fund raising
and capital structure, profit improvement, management structures,
succession, exit and personal wealth planning, reward and profit
sharing structures and strategic planning.
Experience
Howard joined the firm in 1974, trained and qualified in
Liverpool and worked for three years in the firm's London
office. He spent 10 years as Office Managing Partner in
Warrington, having led the acquisition and integration of that
practice into the firm, and was for eight years a member of the
firm's partner selection panel. He returned to his native
Liverpool office in 1992 where his focus is on providing
exceptional service to his typical mid market privately owned
business clients.
