Phillip Woolley (Partner)
Phil works in the Government and
Infrastructure Advisory group and provides advice to public and
private sector clients on infrastructure transactions.
Experience
Phil is a partner in our Government &
Infrastructure Advisory team , and the national lead for Real
Estates and Assets projects. He has over ten years experience in
public private partnerships and public sector consulting,
specialising in providing financial and commercial advice to public
sector bodies and private sector project sponsors on deal sizes
ranging from £20million to £1.5 billion. He joined Grant Thornton
in 2002 having trained in KPMG's Infrastructure and Government
team, he also worked with the Capita Group as a Senior
Consultant.
Phillip and his team have worked on a number
of high profile pathfinder projects across the UK. His team are
leading financial advisors on the establishment of commercial and
development joint ventures between the public and private sectors,
including Local Asset Backed Vehicles and Local Housing
Companies.
Projects include the Croydon CCURV project, the Gateshead Urban
Regeneration Joint Venture project, Bournemouth LABV and the EASEL
partnership in Leeds.
