Danny Beeton (Partner)

Danny works in our International Tax team, specialising in Transfer Pricing. He reports to the Global Tax Advisory Committee on behalf of Grant Thornton's International Transfer Pricing network and publishes, speaks and is quoted regularly on this topic.

Experience

Danny joined us at Grant Thornton in 2000 after eleven years in a Big 4 accounting firm.

With nine years experience in Transfer Pricing, Danny has substantial experience of defending companies in transfer pricing disputes, overseeing transfer pricing due diligence engagements, advising on transfer pricing options and with the implementation of transfer pricing arrangements.

Danny's expertise covers:

• all types of transaction including loans and guarantees
• valuation and charging for intangible assets
• procurement and sales commissions, fund management fees and other charges specific to certain industries
