Martin is Global Head of Transaction Advisory
Services.
He has led a wide range of transactions including
flotations, rights issues, MBOs / MBIs, bank lending reviews,
acquisitions and disposals.
Martin has handled numerous cross-border due
diligence assignments in the USA, Canada, Australia, China, Japan,
Brazil, Argentina, Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Poland
and Spain.
Martin is also a former member of the SIR's
subcommittee of the Auditing Practice's Board.
Experience
Martin has 15 years' experience in the field of transaction
support.
Martin has provided advice on transactions to Sun Capital
Europe, Maple Oil & Gas, Geopark, Vodafone, May Gurney,
Amey, Oaktree Capital, Vestel and Del Monte.
