Tax Manifesto - let's rewrite the rule book

Introduction

After the 2010 General Election, the next Government needs to be armed with radical and innovative ideas to reinvigorate and reposition the UK's place in the global economy. Our tax manifesto sets out pragmatic tax changes which could be used as a launch pad from which the UK can rebuild. It addresses how the UK can increase confidence in the economy and enhance its reputation as an internationally competitive business environment that attracts inward investment and growth for the future.
