He has diverse experience ranging from undertaking Due Diligence Reviews in India as well as for cross border acquisitions by Indian companies, and Valuation Analysis engagements for M&A, fund raising as well as for statutory and accounting requirements. He has also undertaken project structuring and transaction advisory services to Government and Private sector in relation to Public Private Partnership projects in the infrastructure sector while providing consulting services to International Funding Agencies such as World Bank, IFC, ADB, DfID, USAID on economic reform, capacity building and institutional strengthening.
